Driver Partner Terms

These Driver Partner Terms govern the relationship between EaZyTap Technologies Private Limited and independent driver partners ("Driver Partner", "you") registering to provide services through our platform.

1. Independent Contractor Status

By registering on EaZyTap, you acknowledge that your relationship with us is strictly that of an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms or in the application creates any employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture. You have full freedom to log online, decline booking cards, and manage your working hours.

2. Documentation and Verification

You must upload and keep updated valid copies of the following documents:

• Driving License (valid in Karnataka).
• Aadhaar Card and PAN Card for tax identification (TDS deductions).
• Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC) and valid Vehicle Insurance.
• Police Clearance Certificate (if explicitly requested).

3. Commissions and Daily Payouts

EaZyTap charges a fixed platform commission fee (ranging from 15% to 18%) on completed ride fares. The remaining fare is credited to your wallet. settlements are processed daily directly to your UPI-linked bank account. Cancellation fees collected from customers are credited to your account if cancellation happened after you traveled to the location.

4. Code of Conduct and Safety

You agree to maintain your vehicle in a clean, road-worthy condition. You must not drive under the influence of alcohol, behave aggressively towards passengers, or engage in price manipulation. We reserve the right to suspend or block your driver account if customer ratings fall below 4.5 stars or if fraud triggers are detected.
