How EazyTap works
Five steps, either side of the trip
The rider flow and the partner flow are deliberately short. Here is every step of both, start to finish.
Step 1: Create your account
Sign in with your phone number and confirm the one-time password sent to it.
Step 2: Pick a service
Ride, parcel, a home service or an everyday task — they all start from the same home screen.
Step 3: Set the route
Choose pickup and drop. EazyTap suggests a fare for the route and vehicle you picked.
Step 4: Agree the fare
Accept the suggestion or offer your own. Nearby partners respond with offers and you pick the one you want.
Step 5: Track and pay
Follow the trip live, then settle by UPI, card or cash and rate the partner.

Driving licence, Aadhaar, PAN, vehicle RC and insurance go into your in-app document vault.

The EazyTap operations team reviews your KYC before your account is cleared to go online.
Step 4: Go online and bid
Receive nearby bookings and respond with the fare you are willing to run the trip for.
Step 5: Get paid daily
Completed fares less the published 15–18% platform commission settle daily to your UPI-linked bank account.

EazyTap does not hand you a mystery number at the end of the trip. You see a suggested fare for your route up front, you can counter it, and the offer you accept is the fare for the trip.

Documents checked before a partner goes online
Driving licence, Aadhaar, PAN, vehicle registration certificate and valid insurance are submitted and reviewed before an account can accept bookings.
Ratings run in both directions
Riders rate partners and partners rate riders, so a pattern on either side of the trip is visible to the operations team.
Every report is attached to its trip
A safety event is recorded against the booking it was raised on, so support opens the same trip you were looking at.
Transparent pricing
The number you agree is the number you pay
EazyTap publishes a minimum fare for every vehicle, suggests a price for your route, and then lets the two of you settle on one before the trip starts.

How the price is reached
- A fare is suggested for your routeEazyTap prices the distance for the vehicle you picked, then raises it to the published minimum fare for that vehicle if the route is very short.
- You can counter with your own numberOffers are clamped to a band around the suggestion — roughly 10–15% below and 15–25% above, depending on the vehicle — so neither side can push the price to an extreme.
- Nearby partners send their offersDriver partners near your pickup respond with the fare they will run the trip for, and each offer expires if it is not taken.
- You pick an offer and the price is setWhatever demand pricing applies is already inside the number you are shown, so the offer you accept is the fare for the trip.

How booking, pricing, registration and safety actually work on EazyTap.
Open the EazyTap Rider app, set your pickup and drop, and choose a bike, auto or car. The app suggests a fare for that route. You can accept it or offer your own — nearby driver partners respond with their offers and you pick the one you want. Once you select an offer the trip is confirmed and you can track it live.
EazyTap calculates a suggested fare from the route distance and the vehicle type, with a published minimum fare per vehicle. From there the price is negotiated within a fixed band around the suggestion, so neither side can push it to an extreme. You see the agreed number before the trip starts.
Download the EazyTap Driver app and register with your phone number. You then upload your driving licence, Aadhaar, PAN, vehicle registration certificate and valid insurance. The EazyTap operations team reviews these documents, and once your KYC is approved you can go online and start accepting bookings.
As published in our Driver Terms, EazyTap charges a fixed platform commission of 15% to 18% on completed ride fares. The remainder is credited to your account, and settlements are processed daily to your UPI-linked bank account.
You can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, or cash at the end of the trip. Card and UPI collections are processed through Razorpay.
While a trip is running the rider app gives you four actions on the trip screen: raise an SOS, share your live trip with someone you trust, request support, or flag a concern about the route. Each one is recorded as a safety event against that specific trip so support can see exactly what happened.
