Partner & Merchant Terms

These Partner and Merchant Terms ("Partner Terms") govern the integration of business entities, home service providers, pharmacies, and commercial vendors ("Partners", "you") with the EaZyTap Super App network.

1. Business Onboarding and Standards

Commercial partners must hold valid trade licenses, GST registrations, and relevant pharmaceutical clearances (for pharmacy/medicine partners) in India. You represent that all products, listings, or home services listed by you on EaZyTap are authentic and in compliance with consumer protection rules.

2. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

You agree to accept and process parcel bookings, orders, or service appointments in a timely manner. For home service professionals, you must arrive at the scheduled slot and complete jobs with professional quality. Repeated delays or customer reviews averaging below 4.0 stars may trigger account audits.

3. Fees, Commission, and Settlements

EaZyTap charges listing or transaction commission fees according to individual merchant contracts. Payouts for completed client transactions are processed on a weekly or bi-weekly billing cycle. Disputed transactions are withheld until mutual resolution is documented.

4. Customer Data Confidentiality

You must treat customer contact details and delivery addresses as strictly confidential. You are prohibited from storing, downloading, or using passenger/customer records for independent marketing outside the EaZyTap network.
