• KYC Documentation: For driver and merchant registration, we collect government-issued records (Aadhaar, PAN cards, Driving Licenses, vehicle registrations) to satisfy regulatory requirements in India.
• Transaction Details: Payment modes (UPI handles, wallet status, receipt logs) corresponding to bookings placed through our server.

2. How We Use Your Data

The collected information is utilized to:

• Allocate closest driver partners to rider pick-up requests.
• Calibrate surges, route times, and density metrics across operational hubs.
• Process payments, settlements, and driver disbursements daily.
• Maintain customer safety with live GPS tracking nets and automated SOS logs.
• Comply with municipal, state, and national laws in India.

3. Data Sharing and Protection

EaZyTap does not sell your personal records. Your information is shared only with certified driver partners (during bookings), emergency response departments (during active SOS alerts), and authorized banking gateways.

All connection links are encrypted using industry-standard Secure Socket Layers (SSL/TLS) and database records are safeguarded behind enterprise-grade access constraints.
