Terms of Service

Welcome to EaZyTap. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobility, parcel logistics, medicine delivery, and home utilities platform. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration and Eligibility

To utilize EaZyTap, you must register an account and be at least 18 years of age. You agree to provide accurate, complete registration details and maintain the security of your SMS OTP code. You are responsible for all bookings generated under your profile.

2. Services and Booking Policies

EaZyTap acts as an aggregator connecting customers with independent service providers and drivers.

• Rides: Upfront estimated pricing is based on distance, duration, and demand. Toll fees and applicable taxes are charged dynamically.
• Parcel Delivery: Customers must not send prohibited, dangerous, or illegal items. We reserve the right to audit package contents.
• Medicines: Booking prescription drugs requires uploading a valid scan of a medical prescription from a registered Indian doctor.

3. Cancellation and Payments

Cancellations made after a driver has traveled a significant distance towards the pickup location may attract cancellation charges. All payments must be processed using UPI, debit/credit cards, or cash at the time of delivery. Commission structures and driver take-homes are subject to periodic adjustments.

4. Limitation of Liability and Jurisdiction

EaZyTap is not responsible for direct or indirect losses, vehicle collisions, or cargo damage caused by independent third-party driver partners. Safe travel and compliance are monitored, but final liability rests with individual drivers.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
